(Well not all of us are gone so here are few things to think about!)
So many of you have asked Jesus into your heart…. Why do we do that ..why was it important for us that you did that?
Well this picture tells a story....
It was painted by a guy called Holman Hunt, and its called
"The light of the world." It is a painting of Jesus in a garden at midnight, holding a lantern in his left hand. With his right hand he is knocking on a door. When the painting was unveiled several critics were present. One critic detected what he thought was lacking, namely, a knob on the door.
He said, "You haven’t finished your work."
"It is finished," said the artist.
"But there is no knob on the door," protested the critic.
"Ah," said the artist," that is the door to the human heart. It can only be opened from the inside."
So we have choice..Jesus says "behold, I stand at the door (of your heart) and knock, if any man hear my voice and open the door I will come in and we will be together." Hey so you had a choice to shut Him out and say stay out or to ask Him in. Now you have Him, you can't ever lose Him and He is your ticket to heaven..yay!! where we can all be together! More about heaven later..... next post...!
WELCOME!
We are a young group of volunteers from the Family International who've come together to form a theatre group in London.
With our plays, we address controversial and difficult issues everybody faces in today's society. We perform all over London and the UK with one goal in mind:
Encouraging our audience to take control of their futures, and challenging them to make a difference!
